Groundbreaking Ceremony Interviews
Veterans Plaza
Brunswick, Maine

I conducted ten interviews in preparation of the groundbreaking ceremony for the Veterans Plaza in Brunswick, Maine. Ten advocates representing significant groups, organizations and individual contributors offer their thoughts, stories and impressions about this "Long Overdue" plaza being built for all veterans.

My video production company, WNDA Studios, produced and Livestreamed the Groundbreaking Ceremony which you can view here:

This video records the ceremony marking the beginning of construction of the $500,000 plaza designed to honor all veterans who have served the United States, regardless of rank, branch, conflict or status. The design includes 445 engraved granite "honor blocks" honoring individual veterans with their names, branch and dates of service. Twelve sentinel posts surrounding the plaza will represent the 12 recognized major American conflicts spanning from the American Revolution through the Global War on Terror. A formal dedication ceremony is scheduled for 11 AM on November 11th, 2020.
